Casey boasts a decade of experience in organizing prominent international athletic events and has now shifted her focus to curating exclusive gatherings for HighNet Worth individuals. Her events, which revolve around travel, tennis, golf, music, and tech, are designed to foster meaningful connections and create exceptional experiences. After the resounding suc-cess of her first pickleball event, Casey is now fully focused on the second annual Pickleball Forum. She is dedicated to bringing people together in extraordinary settings, facilitating both business opportunities and lifelong friendships.With a passion for giving back, she is committed to philanthropy, preparing for another unforgettable week centered around pickleball that transcends the court and resonates with passion and generosity.

BARRY ALLAN

Co-Founder

Barry, a financial industry veteran of over four decades, successfully founded and expanded two investment management firms. He’s also a notable figure in the startup tech scene, co-founding and angel investing in various ventures. An avid golfer, Barry participates in pro -ams globally, supporting aspiring athletes in their pursuit of professional tours. Balancing a passion for sports, travel, and business, he cherishes his role as a parent to two children. With a collegiate sports background in three disciplines, Barry now embraces pickleball as his latest athletic adventure, fueled by a rich history in competition and a zest for exploration.

GUEN BUZZNCA

Event Director

Guen, originally from Rome, Italy, pursued her passion for languages and communication in Amsterdam. At 25, she joined the Italian Yacht Club, Costa Smeralda, and relocated to the British Virgin Islands. Her career took a pivotal turn when she landed a role on Necker Island and after five years on Richard Branson’sNecker Island, where she worked as Guest Services andEvents Manager, Hurricane Irma prompted her to focus on reconstruction of the island. Successfully reopening Necker in January 2019, Guen sought new challenges in the Bahamas but was forced back to Italy by Hurricane Dorian in late 2019.Today, Guen works as a freelance producer, creating impactful events and experiences for companies worldwide.
