Launched in 2004, Virgin Unite is the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group and the Branson family, uniting people with entrepreneurial ideas to incubate new approaches to some of the world’s most challenging issues. Richard Branson and the Virgin Group cover the overheads so 100 percent of all donations go to initiatives that they create or support.

Virgin Unite addresses a wide variety of social and environmental causes, from campaigning for greater ocean protection to advocating for drug policy reform. Working with some great partners, they have incubated several initiatives such as The Elders, The B Team, Ocean Unite, Carbon War Room, and The Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship to spur much needed change in the world.

Founded in 1991, Gateway is one of the only nonprofits solely dedicated to funding Phase I and II clinical trials for cancers of all types, urgently bringing breakthroughs to the bedside for courageous patients and their families.Gateway invests in research that has the potential to forever change the face of cancer care through advancements in treatments and therapies that make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. Thanks to the generosity of valued donors, THEY have achieved many significant breakthroughs in the quest to shape a world in which a cancer diagnosis is no longer feared.

DREW BREES FOUNDATION

As much pride as Drew Brees takes in his on-field performance, he takes even more pride in his community service endeavors. Drew and his wife, Brittany, established the Brees Dream Foundation in 2003. The Brees Dream Foundation works to improve the quality of life for cancer patients and provide care, education and opportunities for children and families in need. Since its inception, the Brees Dream Foundation has contributed over $33,000,000 to charitable causes globally. Most recently, it funded a fully inclusive playground at Audubon Park in New Orleans.

INSPIRING CHILDREN

For 21 years, Jewel's Inspiring Children Foundation (ICF) has been transforming the lives of at-risk youth through a whole human approach to physical, emotional and mental health. 95% of students in its Leadership Program have earned college scholarships for academics & athletics (tennis) to some of the best colleges in the US. 98% last year's graduating class self reported a full remission in their depression and suicidal ideation symptoms. ICF serves 2,500 youth in-person and millions online.

DOLLAR DONATION CLUB

In 2016 Futurist & Producer Seth Blaustein created a video that garnered 28 milllion views and raised $900,000 for charity. Ever since then he wondered: "What if we had asked all of those viewers for just $1 and made it really easy to give?" Within an hour over $1,200 was raised and a new and better laptop was purchased without any financial burden on those who donated. Seth was convinced that micro-donations at a larger scale could be a powerful tool for accomplishing BIG goals for all of humanity. Then, in late 2019 Seth was producing a conference when a speakerʼs laptop was accidentally run over by a car. Seth created a QR code and made a short announcement on stage that if everyone donated just $1 we could buy her a new laptop. Dollar Donation Club was born to harness the full potential of micro-giving at scale! If we all give a litte, we can do the "impossible" and make pigs fly!
